Our plants are guaranteed to arrive healthy!
We'll work quickly to prepare your order for shipping once your order is made. Please remember that we ship packages only on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday via USPS Priority Mail with tracking to ensure delivery before the weekend.
We ship and insure all packages free of charge to you!! We will provide the tracking number to you once we ship the item. We’ll be glad to combine shipping on combined orders – we’ll do that for you and refund the difference after we have shipped the items; just let us know about your purchases. We will also hold your package during cold weather until it is safe to ship; just contact us to request this. We cannot be held responsible for shipping damage caused by colder weather.
We guarantee your satisfaction!! All plants are shipped in healthy condition, but once they are in your care we cannot control what happens to them. If any damage occurred during shipping, please let us know immediately and provide a photograph so we can both refund your purchase in full and file a claim with USPS. If you have ANY concerns about your purchase please contact us so that we can assist you. Ultimately your satisfaction is our main priority; we appreciate your business.
Please be aware we do not ship to any location outside of the Continental US. Additionally we do not ship to California or Arizona, due to the laws restricting the importation of plants in those states. If you are located in any of these areas, we will unfortunately not be able to ship your order and we will have to refund you.
